POSITION : SALES MANAGER, (HEAD OF SALES)

Description : We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (Head of Sales) to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
– Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
– Identifying & Generating New Markets and New Potential Customers & Distributors
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
– Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesM
– Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
– Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
– Demonstrating exemplary leadership behavior by tracking performance of sales team and guide them consistently to meet sales targets.
– Timely Follow-up and collection of payments due from Customers
DESIRED SKILLS :
– Experienced in Modern Retail & Horeca FMCG Sales & Marketing.
– Excellent communication & Organizational skills are must
– Must Be Target Oriented & Team Player
– The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE :
– Prior experience in FMCG Sales (Min 5 years)
